The purchase of products offered for sale on the website http://www.ruckstuhl.com/ shall be subject to the following terms and conditions of business. The Online Shop is operated by Ruckstuhl AG, Bleienbachstrasse 9, CH-4900 Langenthal, SWITZERLAND, tel. +41 62 919 86 00, fax +41 62 922 48 70, info@ruckstuhl.com.

Ordered goods will be invoiced by Ruckstuhl AG, St. Urbanstrasse 21, CH-4900 Langenthal. The responsible court of law for any legal disputes that may arise is that of LANGENTHAL, Switzerland.

VAT
Our prices are to be understood as inclusive of VAT at the currently applicable rate (8% in Switzerland and 19% in EU countries, via Germany). Together with the delivery you will receive a formal invoice showing the amount of VAT charged. The Online Shop is aimed at private consumers. Companies outside Switzerland and Germany wishing to order goods without incurring a tax liability are kindly requested to contact us by telephone or by e-mail.

Delivery
Delivery will be carried out within 7 days (Switzerland) or 14 days (other countries). In case of delivery holdups, we will notify you promptly of the delay. Delivery of the goods must be signed for. Goods will be delivered by post (within Switzerland) or by the GLS courier service (within the EU). We would recommend you to specify a delivery address where someone will be available during the day to receive delivery of the goods. Please check the goods immediately on delivery in case they should contain a defect. In case any defect should be found, please get in touch with us. We will remedy the defect either by replacing the product or by subsequent remedial work.

Guarantee
Our goods are individually checked and approved before despatch. The term of the guarantee on our carpets is one year from the time of delivery. In case of inappropriate use of the product (see the Technical Specifications), any claims under guarantee shall lapse. Please contact us if you are uncertain about the area of use envisaged for the product you have acquired. Normal ageing of the product (discoloration or altered appearance) is not covered by the guarantee. Nor will we admit any liability for consequential damages.

Right of return
Purchasers are entitled to return the goods within 30 days after delivery, unused and in the original packaging. The purchase price will be refunded.

On receipt we will check over the goods and refund the purchasing price, deducting the expense of any required remedial work. 

Payment
Payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard, or by means of a Postfinance card solution (Swiss francs only). In the course of the payment process, the available methods of payment for each currency will be displayed.
